    More often than not only one solution or training method is offered for behavioral problems. Although usually the most effective, you know as well as I do that some dogs don’t learn through conventional methods. If the standard doesn’t seem to be working for your dog rather then trading in the pooch try to find alternatives before giving up completely.

    I do not always agree with his suggestions to some of . The information “the alpha dog” is a bit oudated.  Some methods such as using a shake can or a spray bottle are not appropriate and  teach the dog through fear.Which is not very good. specially if your dog is shy anxious.

    In Conclusion

    I really like the first part of the book from the introduction to secrets to understanding your dog. It is clear and very well explained. Just for that the book is worth it.

    During the buying process, you will be prompted to upgrade to some videos. I do not think they are worth it. In my opinion just stick with the Ebook

    Daniel Stevens has also included chapter reviews and a concise table of contents that can get you to the help you need fast! It is obvious that the book is written not only by a professional but a person who like you and me – shares their passion for the canine kingdom!
